Hello, my name is Shay, and I wanted to write a blog about my journey to being healthier. To me, travel is a reset, a way to break up your routine, to step out of your comfort zone, find enjoyment, or destress and relax. For me, traveling is about finding inspiration and joy. I want to approach health in the same way where it is not about shame or judgment but about finding joy in the prosses of being healthier. It’s about embracing each step as an opportunity to learn and grow, both physically and mentally. Just like exploring a new city, the journey to health is filled with unexpected discoveries and delightful surprises. It’s about savoring the small victories, like cooking a nutritious meal that turns out delicious or trying a new yoga class that leaves you feeling invigorated.

As I embark on this path, I plan to document the highs and lows, sharing tips and experiences that might resonate with others on a similar journey. From exploring different cuisines that fuel the body to finding exercise routines that spark joy, my aim is to create a space where health is celebrated as a vibrant, joyful pursuit.
